The bedrooms include a mezzanine double and a bunk room, serviced by a shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture, plus allocated parking for two cars. Two well‑behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is 2 miles away, a pub 1.2 miles and the beach 0.1 mile. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pleasans is a lovely base for a Cornwall getaway.
