Just a 2 minute walk from popular attractions, shops, and restaurants, it’s an ideal base for discovering the city.
The studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom, high-speed WiFi, and all the essentials for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.
Please note: We manage multiple apartments within this building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal gym.

Ideally situated in central Nottingham, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The main shopping district including high street stores, Old Market Square, Nottingham Contemporary Gallery, Nottingham Castle Museum, National Justice Museum and the Theatre Royal are all within a short walking distance of the studio. Nottingham Train Station is just 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away, with rail links to major UK cities and towns. Lace Market Tram Stop is just 5 minutes from the studio. As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes and the Lace Market Square tram stop is just 5 minutes walk away. Sheffield Train station and the main coach station are both around 10 minutes walk away.
