Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The studio comprises - 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The studio is ideally located in Quimper, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Cathédrale Saint-Corentin: a magnificent Gothic cathedral emblematic of Quimper, just a few minutes' walk away - Le Jardin du Prieuré Locmaria: a very pleasant garden park on the banks of the Odet river - Les Halles Saint-François: large covered market with local specialities and fresh produce - Rue du Frout and the surrounding area are full of cafés, crêperies and traditional restaurants (several of which are just a short walk away in the pedestrianised streets) - The Salle de spectacle de l'Eau Blanche (renamed "Kostum Park") can be reached in just a few minutes by free shuttle bus from the town centre.
Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
A bicycle storage area is also available.
