It can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 41 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 21 m² living room with television (with Golf +, Canal +, Netflix) and sea view balcony. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 double sofa bed - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby highchair, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A balcony facing the sea to enjoy the sunny days facing the sea (main balcony: 6 m², secondary balcony accessible from the bedroom: 2 m²) The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
