Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Royan, this charming flat located in an early XXᵉ century house, in pure pre-war Royannais style, which gives it all its charm less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: two single beds - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 6m² north-east-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A 200 m² enclosed shared garden planted with trees and flowers, with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Take advantage of Royan's beaches: Grande Conche, Pontaillac, Chay, etc. - Visit the La Coubre lighthouse - Walk along the seafront and go cycling - Explore the Ile d'Oléron Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Royan, 2 km away - Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Ile de Ré, 80 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
