We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Balally Luas, is just a 6-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and the UK double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Overall, our stay in this flat went well. It is well located and well furnished, but there are a number of small points to note: firstly, the dishwasher doesn't work; secondly, the fireplace doesn't work; there are a lot of pots and pans and basic cooking utensils missing, and the bathrooms are a little dated.

I can only recommend it
: Great appartments, very clean and cozy. Everything exactly as it is at the photo. Great location, 4 minutes to Luas, 3 minutes to Bus Stop. Dundrum Town Center is just 2 minute away. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. All kitchen and room facilities are in place and in working condition. Nice window views. Calm and silent, I could sleep with window opened.

Great place to stay, only downside was there was parking on site but no allocated space, we were in a transit van and getting it parked nearby was impossible. Other than that it was a great place to stay
