Tucked away at the very end of Chemin de Thésée, this characterful stone farmhouse is all light and limestone, encircled by cypresses, dry-stone walls and unspoilt nature. Life here follows the Provençal rhythm: naps in the shade of the plane trees, dinners beneath vaulted ceilings, swims in the large pool and strolls across 12 private hectares.


The house offers around 400 m² over three levels, restored in the spirit of Haute-Provence manor houses. The vaulted reception rooms include a generous living room with exposed stone, a decorative fireplace and a reading nook. The vaulted dining room gathers everyone around a large wooden table. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and opens naturally onto the inner courtyard—perfect for lingering alfresco meals. A stone wine cellar completes the ensemble. Terraces and the courtyard wrap around the house, creating an elegant indoor–outdoor flow.


Outside, enjoy a private 12-hectare domain of stone courtyard, gardens, paths, woodland and clearings. The 14 × 7 m pool, unheated, has a gentle depth profile from 1.20 m to 3 m; sunloungers are set out for long, lazy afternoons. In the courtyard, a stone barbecue brings everyone together for twilight grilling, and on-site parking makes access easy.


Mas de Thésée features seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to fifteen guests. The bathrooms are distributed across the floors for smooth group living. Each bedroom has thoughtful lighting and storage, with views over the courtyard or the surrounding nature. You’ll have access to the entire property (except technical rooms).


Located in Reillanne, between the Luberon and Haute-Provence, the mas enjoys a preserved setting: hilltop villages, Provençal markets, lavender fields, hiking trails and scenic drives are all close by. The atmosphere is confidential and peaceful, with no direct overlooking and only a few scattered neighbours.


For comfort, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and host. A washing machine and dishwasher make longer stays easy. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you change the mood throughout the day, while the stone barbecue warms summer evenings. Private parking on the property keeps things simple.


Please note: the pool is unheated and deep; constant supervision of children is essential. The estate is vast and natural—bring suitable footwear for walks. Out of respect for the property and the neighbourhood, no parties or events. Pets on request. As with many historic homes, there are some steps and uneven stone floors. A car is recommended to explore the region fully.

## Access


✅ For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels, along with toiletries (shampoo and shower gel). On arrival you’ll also find a few coffee pods, tea bags and kitchen essentials to get you started.

Families are very welcome: a travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on prior request via the online check-in form.

To help us prepare your stay, please complete the online check-in form before arrival. It collects your contact details, number of guests, preferred bed setup, any comments, your estimated arrival time, as well as the information required for invoicing and the legally required police form for non-French nationals.


You can also browse our optional paid services, such as early check-in or late check-out, plus comfort add-ons like mid-stay cleaning and extra linen packs.


A few days before arrival, you’ll receive access to our Guest App, which centralises all useful information for your stay. It helps you organise arrival and departure, and offers personalised recommendations for discovering the area.


We will agree together on an arrival window between 5 pm and 9 pm, so we can welcome you in person and show you around the house in the best conditions.


You’ll quickly feel at home in a clean, carefully prepared property. We remain available throughout your stay. In return, we ask you to respect the house and the neighbourhood. Any breach (damage, failure to comply with the house rules, etc.) may result in additional charges.
