Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (two premium box-spring beds, one electrically adjustable bed). All rooms equipped with TV and spacious wardrobe.
Living & Dining Area:
Open-plan area featuring two cozy sofas, armchair, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. Adjacent dining area with a large table comfortably seating 6 guests.
Kitchen:
Modern amenities include ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, large freezer, and fully equipped with dishes and utensils.
Bathrooms:
One large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, WC, and spacious sink. Second bathroom includes walk-in shower, WC, sink, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated).
Wellness Area:
Spa area with sauna (coin-operated), heated whirlpool (up to 37°C) featuring massage jets, lighting, sound system, and outdoor shower included.
Outdoor Area:
Covered conservatory with weatherproof lounge, BBQ area on the terrace, large garden (1,500 m²) with slide, swing, sandbox. Carport parking plus additional parking space.
Extras:
Children’s playroom upstairs (soft toys, crawl tunnel), complimentary WiFi.
