It's just a few minutes from the beaches and the town centre, and less than a kilometre from the Docks shopping district. You'll love the brightness of this 190 m² villa, its luxury features, two sunny terraces, heated pool and pleasant garden. One-storey living is an undeniable asset of this house.
A real holiday feeling from the moment you open the gate! ➡️ An air-conditioned self-contained studio (bedroom + kitchenette + bathroom) is available as an option. Facing south-east, the villa comprises : - A large air-conditioned entrance hall leading to the living room, which is bathed in light thanks to its large windows and double aspect. - A fully fitted, air-conditioned open-plan kitchen - A laundry area and a utility room In the right wing of the house, you will find : - A beautifully appointed study area - An air-conditioned master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), large dressing room and shower room with WC and views over the pool. In the air-conditioned left wing of the house, you'll find : - A bedroom with mezzanine, including a double bed (140x190) on the first floor and a relaxation area on the ground floor - One bedroom with double bed (140x190), TV, shower room and sun blind - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - A separate shower room - Separate WC Outside : - A large terrace facing the heated swimming pool, open from May to October (13x5 m by 7 m, then 3.5 m wide, salt water, protected by an alarm) and delicately planted with trees, where you can enjoy the long, sunny summer days. - Terrace with Forge Adour griddle and dining table - A garage and parking area Neighbourhood Enjoy unique experiences thanks to our various local partners: savour succulent Basque dishes prepared with care by an in-home chef, treat yourself to a spa afternoon and leave your children in the hands of a babysitter, hire electric bikes and take a ride in the hinterland, surf the most beautiful waves on the coast thanks to personalised surfing lessons.
