Situated directly opposite the steps to Summers beach, this three-bedroom house has wonderful sea views from the River Percuil across to the Helford, Pendennis and St Mawes castles and St Mawes harbour.
After a day exploring the scenic beauty of St Mawes and the surrounding Roseland Peninsula, guests will find themselves perfectly placed to relax and take in the charm of this unspoilt corner of Cornwall.
St Mawes itself is a picturesque harbour village, known for its boutique shops, excellent restaurants, and the historic St Mawes Castle, a well-preserved Tudor fortress offering panoramic views across the Fal Estuary. Beyond the village lies the Roseland Peninsula, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty celebrated for its rolling countryside, secluded coves, and coastal paths.
The village and peninsula offer a wealth of activities for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, including the Southwest Coast Path and other walking trails, wild swimming spots, kayaking in secluded creeks, sailing and gardens such as Lamorran in the village or the National Trust’s Trelissick nearby.
