Cocoonr offers this charming 200 m² air-conditioned architect-designed house with sea and mountain views for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 14 guests.
It has a lovely 46 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 3,200 m² garden.
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Garden level : - A kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath - Bathroom with shower and WC - Separate WC - A utility room First floor - A 46 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not supplied) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Dining room - Bedroom 4: two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 6: queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom with bathtub - A shower room with shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A circular above-ground swimming pool, 4.5 m in diameter, open from mid-June to September (opening dates non-contractual).
Access to the pool is secured by a padlock. - A large, unenclosed 3,200 m² garden - A 43 m² terrace with furniture - A second 25 m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Windsurfing - Diving - Tennis - Horse riding - La Tour beach 900m away and Saint-Jean beach 1.5 km away Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest airport: Figari airport, about 12 minutes by car.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
