The accommodation includes: • Approx. 40 m² Ground floor: • Living area with sofa • Equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, dishes • Bathroom with bathtub • Separate toilet • Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture • Private parking space Upstairs: • Mezzanine with 140 cm double bed and sofa bed • Cabin bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds Total capacity: up to 6 guests Residence with shared swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September). "• Non-smoking accommodation • Pets allowed (under 6 kg only) • Pool open from 15 June to 15 September • Not wheelchair accessible • Cleaning is included Security deposit required • A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property • You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in • This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit • If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property" Guests have access to the entire accommodation as well as the residence’s shared pool.
