Hugo is an elegant, functional cocoon ideally located in Pont-de-l'Arche, perfect for a romantic getaway, a business trip or a stopover in Normandy. It comprises a pleasant living room with kitchen area (fitted and equipped) as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.


Located on the first floor of a secure building, this intimate flat has a warm, uncluttered feel.


The living room invites you to relax with its cosy sofa bed, television and broadband internet access to keep you connected. The kitchen area is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, hob, mini fridge, microwave, etc., so you can prepare delicious meals just like at home. There is also a bathroom with bath and separate WC.


Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighbourhood


Situated in the heart of the historic centre of Pont-de-l'Arche, the property is located on an emblematic thoroughfare that bears witness to the town's rich medieval past. Strolling along this cobbled street, visitors can admire remarkable remains such as the Porte de Crosne, formerly the Porte Saint-Jean, the last of the city's four medieval gates. This tower, with its archways and portcullis still visible, offers a fascinating insight into the defensive architecture of the Middle Ages.


Just a stone's throw away, the Tour de Crosne, partially rebuilt in the 19th century in a romantic style, stands proudly. It offers a breathtaking view over the Seine valley and the surrounding islands, making it a must-see for lovers of history and picturesque views.


The area is also bustling with local shops, restaurants and cultural events throughout the year, offering visitors an authentic and friendly experience.


## Notes


Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the apartment is located on the second floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.


Arrivals are self-service for more flexibility. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures must be made by 11:00 at the latest.


Accommodation is managed by the concierge service l'ArchiDuchesse, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.


We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Archiduchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the instructions for arriving at your accommodation.


The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers various services to make your stay more enjoyable: baby equipment hire, luggage services, shuttle, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, events (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting, it is important to respect a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid causing damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Respect the instructions, whether they concern timetables or the use of equipment, and respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is completely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), that animals are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the real replacement value.
