We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest overground station, Homerton, is just a 7-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is 1h30 drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

I’ve stayed at this residence before and will always choose it when I’m in town - long or short stay, it’s just ideal! The location is great & well connected. The team who manage it are incredibly responsive & helpful. The home itself is well kept and cared for, with practically everything you want for a comfy stay.

Nice place, creatieve space. Clean and complete. The street itself is not really worthwile but nearby are nice places and walks.
