Our 105 sqm holiday apartment offers the perfect location in Rüdesheim – right on the famous Drosselgasse with a beautiful view of the Rhine!
Two comfortable bedrooms with box spring beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with a 50-inch TV ensure maximum comfort.
Ideal for wine lovers and explorers – restaurants, sights, and the Rhine are just a few steps away!
Our first-floor holiday apartment accommodates up to 5 guests.
It features two separate bedrooms with king-size box spring beds (180 cm) and one single bed (90 cm), a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bed linen, towels, and a starter set of hygiene and kitchen essentials are included.
Boats stop almost right at your doorstep, the train station is just 400 m away, and the famous Drosselgasse is right outside!
The entire apartment, including a private kitchen and bathroom, is exclusively for our guests – privacy and comfort guaranteed.
You can stop in front of the property to load and unload. A free secured parking space (with barrier) is about 600 m away. Public EV charging stations and additional (daytime paid) parking are available about 100 m away.

Bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are, of course, included.
We also provide a complimentary starter set of hygiene items, toilet paper, and coffee capsules – so you can start enjoying your holiday right away.
The city of Rüdesheim charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. We’ll take care of this for you, so there’s nothing else you need to worry about.

Avoid loud music or other disturbing noises during this time.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment – including near windows or in the bathroom.
Pets:
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please contact us before booking.
Electric Vehicles:
Charging of e-bikes, e-scooters or other electric vehicles is not permitted.
There is no suitable charging facility available, and charging via regular household outlets is strictly forbidden for safety and insurance reasons.
Guest Information Folder:
A guest information folder is available in the apartment with further details about the property, the local area, and emergency contacts.
Please take a moment to read through it.
Responsible Use:
Please use energy, water, and heating responsibly – for the sake of the environment.
General Rules:
Please treat the furnishings with care.
Separate your waste and use the designated bins.
Report any damages immediately.
No parties or events allowed.
