Charming apartment of 60 m², terrace of 7 m² with view of part of Lagrasse Abbey.
A very comfortable 160 cm bed plus a 140 cm sofa bed which can be used as an extra bed.
Bathroom open to the bedroom area.
Fully equipped kitchen.
The house in which the gîte is located is located in the village with all the shops nearby (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bookstore and cultural space in Labbaye, etc.)
Everything is done on foot and the river is below the village with its swimming areas.
The plants will be your companions during your stay and will just need to be watered.
Smokers are accepted if they do not smoke inside.
The owner offers you a friendly tasting of her wines in the estate boutique on the ground floor of the house with the possibility of doing an assembly workshop by reservation (more details by email or telephone).
Visitor parking is obligatory in this listed village and the cost is €4/day.
