House/gîte with a capacity of 4 people in the town of Barfleur.

This weekly rental is ideal for holidays by the sea. This two-storey house offers outdoor space and a cellar to park your vehicle. A small garden area on the side for airing, a large balcony with outside staircase to enjoy the sun all day.

The house consists of:
• on the first floor: two large bedrooms, one with satellite TV, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a large dining/living room with access to the balcony
- the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, large sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and radio for cooking to music!
- the bedrooms have wall-mounted bedside lights, bedside tables and plenty of storage
- the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet, a hair dryer
- the room offers a 4-seater lounge with satellite TV and fireplace for decoration. A DVD player is available. A small reading corner in an armchair, the dining table and access to the balcony complete the space

• on the ground floor, you have access to the cellar from the inside and from the outside through doors

Vehicle space, ping-pong table, laundry area with washing machine, hanging laundry, drying rack (threads).
It is equipped with a shower with tap next to it (practical when returning from the beach for example), there is space to shelter bicycles, kayaks and others.
There is also a second toilet.

Interior equipment: vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel, mop with bucket, radiators in each room.
Outdoor equipment: table, chairs, parasol, outdoor lighting.

Sheets and kitchen towels are included in the rental.
Towels are to be brought by the tenants.
The beds will be made when the tenants arrive.

Animals not accepted, non-smoking accommodation, evenings/parties are not accepted.
