The Bouteville apartment, with an area of ​​126 m2, is on the 2nd floor of the mansion. It is made up of 2 large double bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and have comfortable king size 180x200 bedding (can be converted into 2 90x200 beds), as well as a shower room (wc). A living room combines kitchen and living room with television (43 inches).


The whole apartment has been carefully renovated, highlighting the charm of old beams and floors in a chic and cozy atmosphere. A secure and free wifi connection is available throughout the apartment.


On the ground floor of the guest house, you will notice the historical elements, in particular the marble floors, the columns and the stone staircase, the old parquet floors, as well as the courtesy lounge (documentation, books). In the garden, you will enjoy the view of the turrets, the terrace with garden furniture, various tables and chairs, swimming pool 5m x 10m (in season), parking (free) and garage (with supplement).


The guest house will be the starting point for visiting the Maisons de Cognac on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Royal Castle of Cognac, the public garden, as well as the Francois 1er park (classified site, 48 hectares of preserved and protected nature)… but also restaurants and bars!
