HEATED SWIMMING POOL (March, April, May and September)
We are a couple of Italians in love with the Ardèche for more than 25 years, and now we want to share this experience and make you discover the specialties and curiosities of the place.
Our gite is a beautiful stone house with typical ardéchoise architecture, 80 m2 with a mezzanine and two private terraces, in full nature and without vis-à-vis, with a private swimming pool.
The house is located in a private land, 6000 meters, in the commune of Labeaume, near Ruoms, Balazuc, Vallon Pont d'arc.
The nearest river (with its beaches) is 5 minutes away (village of Labeaume), for a quiet holiday in the middle of nature.
DESCRIPTION GITE
- Recently fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Living room with a wood stove for winter
- Bedroom with 140x200 bed
- Mezzanine with 140x200 bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Two large private terraces with living room garden
- WiFi
- private swimming pool 8 meters by 3
In the garden there is also a gas barbecue to be able to grill.
Animals are not allowed.
