Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Closest metro station: "24 de Agosto" (5 min walking) BUS Station: "24 Agosto" (5 min walking) This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available.

Porto is a fascinated city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

The location was within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. We walked here from the Sao Bento train station when we arrived. The air-conditioning was nice to have. The room did smell musty when we arrived. We ran the dehumidifier, and turned on both the bathroom fan and cooktop fan to try and get fresh air into the room. It did help the smell.

We loved our stay in the appartement!! It was cozy, clean and near by a grocery Store and a Metro Station. We were also able to walk into the city center in about 15 min, which made exploring the city quite easy. To enter the Appartement one is given a Code which worked really well and the contact to the host was really easy and friendly.

My experience was very good. My only complaint is about the walls. They are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. It is so that I woke up many times thinking someone was in my room, but it was only the noise from the other rooms.
