La Herradura: There are two parking spaces provided in a covered garage next to the house.
In basement there is an extra fridge, a part from the one situated in the kitchen.

In the resort 700 m from the centre of La Herradura, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 700 m from the sea, from the beach, south facing position.
For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00).

In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine.
