Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the open-plan living/dining room which is undoubtedly the heart of the home, here you can unwind on the plush seating and enjoy your favourite shows on the large screen smart TV, or perhaps a movie on the DVD player.

There is a nice selection of children’s DVD’s, board games and books in the lounge area.

The dining area comfortably seats six, making it the perfect spot for a family meal or a board game night.

There a ground-floor double bedroom with sea views, perfect for those who prefer fewer stairs.

Adjacent to this is a stylish shower room, complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, ensuring a warm and inviting experience after a day of coastal exploration.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals, from a hearty breakfast to start your day to a sumptuous dinner to end it.

As you ascend to the first-floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and DVD player and also a twin room with sea views, both offering a serene retreat after a busy day.

A convenient cloakroom with a basin and WC is also located on the first-floor.

Outside, the rear decking area provides a wonderful space for alfresco dining or simply relaxing with a good book.
