Cosy and roomy apartment of 110 sqm for 6 persons on the 1st floor of a rustic-style farmhouse (NO lift or stairs for access), immersed in the Umbrian countryside.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two verandas with views; it also offers a shared swimming pool and two uncovered reserved parking spaces. An excellent solution for enjoying the tranquillity and beautiful landscapes offered by the Umbrian countryside.
The interior space is organised as follows
- LIVING AREA sofa, dining table with chairs, TV.
- KITCHEN with gas cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils, dishwasher.
- BEDROOM I (with BATHROOM) with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, access to veranda.
- BEDROOM I (access from BEDROOM 1) with washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine (in ante-bathroom).
- BEDROOM II with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe.
- BEDROOM III with bunk bed, wardrobe and desk.
- BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- VERANDA I (access from BEDROOM I) with outside cover.
- VERANDA II (outside access) with outside cover, table and chairs.
- PRIVATE GARDEN.
FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher (in the kitchen), washing machine (in the anteroom).
Availability of two uncovered parking spaces reserved for guests.

- The POOL is shared with the other guests. The pool is open from 1 June to 15 September at the following times: 8:00-21:00.
- Each flat has its own POOL BEDS marked with the name of the flat.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Perugia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22md to April 7th
Check-in is self-service. Assistance is available until 11:00 PM.

The historic center is enclosed by medieval walls and features three ancient gates: Porta Fiorentina, Porta Senese, and Porta Perugina. Along Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main street, you'll find artisan shops and local eateries where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian cuisine.
