It is a residential complex on the seafront equipped with a beautiful communal area with 4 swimming pools (two large and the other two for children), a pine forest (which is what gives the residential complex its name) that offers a very grateful shade during the summer months and a direct exit door to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and on the beach.
The accommodation has a living-dining room, a separate kitchen (includes a dishwasher), three double bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and the third with a trundle bed), and 2 complete bathrooms with a shower.
The terrace which overlooks the communal area has garden furniture and side views of the beach.
The rental price includes a private parking space.
Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
