The property consists of 2 apartments one above the other that are connected by an external staircase of 18 steps.
Both units are on one floor and share with the owners (who live in a third apartment): a flowered path that hosts a first area used as a bicycle parking area and a second area used as a laundry room with a washing machine. 1) The largest apartment on the first floor is suitable for up to 5 guests and has a large living room with a marble kitchenette that overlooks the balcony with a bright French window.
A table for 7 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV complete this first room.
The kitchen equipment is complete: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans.
Beyond the corridor, in the sleeping area, we find a large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a windowed bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with a single bed.
The apartment has 2 balconies and air conditioning, and in the warmer season a fan is also available to guests. 2) The smaller apartment on the ground floor is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests and has a large double bedroom (bed size 200 cm. * 160 cm.) with a 3-seater sofa, a bathroom with window and sink, toilet, bidet and large shower and a kitchen/entrance with a table for 4 people and a complete set: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
This apartment also has air conditioning and a fan.
Both units also include bed linen and towels, shower soaps and dishwasher and washing machine tablets.

Delightful property for rent by the sea, managed by BelcantoVillas, located in a strategic position because it is equidistant from the main places of interest in the area: the beach, the enchanting lake, the pine forest and a natural park. This property has two particular characteristics that make it unique compared to all the other accommodations in the area. 1) Guests have free use of up to 5 bicycles and 2 umbrellas that allow them to forget about their car and move quickly and comfortably. 2) Guests can split up to enjoy particular privacy. This last characteristic is given by the fact that the property consists of 3 independent units, 2 of which are intended for tourist rental. These 2 apartments are one above the other and are connected by a beautiful courtyard full of carefully cared for plants. The first apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen / dining area (suitable for 2 people). The second apartment is located on the first floor and is more spacious, in fact it has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, 2 balconies, 1 bathroom and a kitchen / living room with a double sofa bed. The two apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a total of two umbrellas to enjoy the sea and the free beach. Four bicycles are available free of charge for guests to explore the city and reach the beach (with a €50.00 cash deposit each). If you need more bicycles, you can rent them conveniently at the shop 50 meters away. A crib can be requested (for an additional €50.00 per stay) well in advance. This property is suitable for nature lovers since it is possible to discover magical routes within the pine forest. The accommodation is also particularly recommended for groups or families who like to have moments of intimacy and privacy without giving up spending time all together. In addition, the washing machine, air conditioning and heating make the space ideal even for long stays. Free parking in the street in front of the house. Bus stop to Viareggio in front of the house. Train station (Torre del Lago) just 500m away There are 5 bicycles available for guests to use for free, only in case of theft a refund of €50.00 is required. The locks to close them are included. The driveway is beautifully decorated with flowers and plants. The small balcony and the large French window of the house on the first floor allow for pleasant al fresco dinners with the table between the balcony and the living room. Accommodation very close to all amenities: tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagent, greengrocer, small store, Coop supermarket, coin-operated laundry, laundry/ironing room, pharmacy, bank, post office. Bus stop right in front of the house, also for Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi with night service to the discos. The beach and the equipped bathing establishments (umbrellas, deckchairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools) and the Migliarino San Rossore Park (free free beach accessible to animals) are about 1,500 m away and can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle with a cycle path along the pine forest. Just 2 km away is Lake Massaciuccoli (a Lipu oasis where you can take pleasant boat trips), the famous open-air theatre dedicated to Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous operas. Torre del Lago is 10 km from Forte dei Marmi, 18 km from Pisa (airport and Piazza dei Miracoli), 25 km from Lucca and 90 km from Florence. There are so many things to visit!!! In July and August there is the Puccini Festival: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas at the open-air theatre on the lake. For information visit the inversilia website. 300 meters away there is a tennis club immersed in the pine forest: 4 clay courts There is a golf club 10 km away. Free parking along the street where the apartment is located.

My stay in Torre del Lago Puccini was absolutely perfect! The house was even better than expected—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic restaurants and cafés. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.
