It can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC - A utility room - Separate WC First floor: - A mezzanine with a double sofa bed and TV - Bedroom 3: dormitory with 2 queen-size beds (160×200) and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath - A separate WC Outside: - A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather - A 500 m² garden, private and partly enclosed The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the street opposite.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Shuttle bus between Latour-de-Carol station and Les Angles - Nearest train station: Latour-de-Carol, approx. 37 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, approx. 95 km away You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Superbe chalet proche de tout (lac, station, luge d’été, randonnées …). Très appréciable de pouvoir se passer de voiture une fois arrivés. Superbe vue de la terrasse.
