This contemporary villa is located in the heart of a quiet residential area at the gates of Toulouse.
You will appreciate the closed garden of 3000m², 2 sheep grazing the lawn, the portico and the trampoline for the children, the fruit trees.
Possibility of parking in the property and small private terrace with garden furniture in front of the bedroom.
Bikers welcome.
Minimum booking: 2 nights. 800m from the house, the Lac de la Tuilerie in Saint-Jean is the ideal place for a picnic or a walk! Calicéo at L'Union (wellness area) is 3km away, the Cité de l'Espace 9km away.
The ground floor bedroom has independent access (1 double bed 140cm + small private adjoining bathroom with WC (shower cubicle)).
Table top fridge, electric kettle, microwave, wifi Internet access.
Baby equipment on request.
A breakfast will be served with a variety of fresh breads and homemade products, such as jams, yogurts, honey, fruit skewers depending on the season or other local specialties.
