This charming, detached farmhouse is located on an unfenced 2-hectare plot. It features a large interior courtyard (approximately 1,500 m²) with grass, shade, and flowers. A small flea market is located in the garden shed. Guest meals are served with vegetables from the garden.

The house is spread over two levels: the bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the living room (with a piano) and dining room are upstairs and shared with the owners. - Louise's Room: 1 double bed (140 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm) with vestibule, private bathroom, and separate toilet
- Rose's Room (independent access): 2 single beds (100x200 cm) and bathroom with private toilet
- Elisabeth's Room (independent access): 1 double bed (160 cm) with bathroom and separate toilet (walk-in shower)
