This beautiful Victorian villa resides in one of the most sought-after locations in St Andrews, with views over the University of St Andrews sports grounds and a short walk to the town centre.
The spacious property has recently been tastefully renovated to a high standard.
The living room boasts period features including a large bay window with a fantastic view over the rugby pitches and an original fireplace with a brand new wood burning stove.
The living room includes two large and very comfortable sofas which should provide plenty of space for socialising and relaxing.
There's a generous bookcase with books for you to borrow during your stay and a large television with Apple TV.
There is a large, brand-new shaker kitchen which includes a double oven, microwave, 6 pot induction hob, large family fridge and all your usual kitchen utensils and appliances.
There's a dining table in the kitchen, perfect for dinner parties and socialising.
The utility room is connected to the kitchen and includes a washing machine, tumble-dryer and freezer.
A WC is connected to the utility room.
The property includes a well-maintained garden with a table and chairs for outside living and dining.

The house was clean and well-appointed.
