Nearby Gunwharf Quays offers excellent shopping, dining, and breathtaking views from the Spinnaker Tower. For a classic seaside experience, head to South Parade Pier with its charming Victorian ambiance. Climb up the stairs, and enter into this open-plan apartment. Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen to your right, featuring a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.


Next to the kitchen is the bedroom area with a double bed. The living space is seamlessly integrated, offering a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed for one upon request) and a smart TV, where you can log in to your own streaming accounts.


The apartment also includes a dining area with seating for three.


The bathroom is equipped with a shower.


Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, Tesco Superstore is just a 2-minute walk away.


Guests have access to entire apartment. The apartment in on the second floor and is there are 49 stairs up to the front door.


There is no parking on site, but guests can park at the Tesco's. The nearest bus stop is 1-minute away. The nearest train station is Portsmouth & Southsea.


Guests can park at Tesco's and pay for parking using the Nexus app.


Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
