This modern and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is in an enviable location in central Sheffield. The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable break in the heart of Sheffield.
The beautiful interior has been tastefully finished and features more than enough space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, as well a dining table, sofa, armchair and a smart Tv. There are floor to ceiling windows that bathe the room in natural light and offer stunning views from the 6th floor. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious double bedroom features plentiful storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen, as well as access out on to a private balcony - perfect for that morning coffee. The modern and clean bathroom features a rainfall shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

The apartment benefits from being within 5 minutes walk of 2 large supermarkets, 10 minutes from Bramall Lane Stadium and 15 minutes from the train station.
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes close to the building. Sheffield Train station, as well as the coach station are just 15 minutes walk away.
