The interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The studio boasts a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and smart Tv. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer lovely views of the city. There is super fast broadband throughout the studio. The comfortable double bed will be made up with crisp hotel linen, and towels and toiletries are also provided. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

We can't think of a better location As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes and the cathedral tram stop just across the road from the building. The main coach station is around 10 minutes walk away and Sheffield Train station is 15 mins away.
