We’re excited to welcome you to our stylish 2 bedroom apartment in Ramsgate, located just moments from the charming seafront and all that the town has to offer.
Nestled in the East Cliff area of Ramsgate, our spacious apartment boasts an ideal location, offering a serene retreat for those eager to embrace coastal living while discovering the treasures of East Kent.
Just a leisurely stroll along the seafront will take you to the enchanting Ramsgate Harbour, lined with historic architecture and lush foliage, and the vibrant town centre, where an array of restaurants, shops, and attractions await your exploration
The property contains a total of 2 bedrooms, a living room with adjoined kitchen and dining area, and a modern bathroom.
Apartment Layout
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Through the front door you will enter the hallway, leading on to the lounge, where you can find a large comfy sofa, armchair, dining table with seating, and a smart TV stocked with freeview and apps like Netflix to browse at your leisure. Connected is the modern kitchen area, equipped with all the essentials you need for home cooking, such as a fridge/freezer, oven, electrical hob, toaster and kettle.
Back through the hallway, you'll find the master bedroom. Complete with a lavish king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, and chest of drawers, it offers a cosy retreat to keep your belongings organised and ensure a restful night's sleep.
Next you will find the second bedroom, containing a bunk bed with double and single beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, and wall mounted TV.
Finally is our modern bathroom, containing a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and mirror.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is just a 9 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not provide allocated parking spaces, however free parking is available on the street of the property and nearby streets.
Guests have access to the entire property.
●Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
●Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
●DURING YOUR STAY- My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
