Pittencleroch Mill is a charming, converted water mill situated on a remote country road near Crieff in Perthshire, and there is a multitude of circular country walks on the doorstep to wander through the beautiful local area, an ideal spot for wildlife spotting. Boasting a large garden and off-road parking, this delightful retreat is perfect for those who love hiking, biking, venturing into the great outdoors, or those simply seeking a serene countryside escape.
Upon entering the property, you will be delighted by the characterful features of exposed original stone walls, a stable door, an arched window, and high ceilings, seamlessly blending with the modern appliances, offering a glimpse into the property's historic past, dating back 300 years, yet offering everything you need for a well-equipped self-catered stay.
The house is extremely spacious, offering three separate public rooms, a work area, as well as a large dining kitchen.
Guests often comment on how well-equipped the spacious kitchen is, where you can cook meals together, which can be savoured at the large dining table.
The large rear garden also has ample garden furniture for alfresco dining in the calm surroundings, with the noises of birdsong and the babbling stream adjacent. This spot is an ideal enclosed place for children to play.
The downstairs sitting room, complete with a warming woodburning stove, offers a welcoming space to unwind after a day of exploration.

Pittencleroch Mill consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining seating for eight, and a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. There is a sitting room with a wood-burning stove, and a second sitting room with a Smart TV and electric fire. Two games rooms with a selection of books, board games and a workstation. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, twin, and a ground-floor twin. A highchair and travel cot is available on request. There is a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, and two additional bathrooms with a bath, shower over. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and patio, an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Pittencleroch Mill Cottage is your next countryside escape. Note: Stairs are open tread, please take care.
