At the gateway to the Lauragais, between the Tarn, Aude and Haute-Garonne departments, La Sarrarié gîte makes it easy to explore an area rich in heritage and varied landscapes.
Nearby, the lively market of Revel, known for its atmosphere and local produce, the Sorèze Abbey School and Lake Saint-Ferréol offer plenty of ideas for outings.
The hills of the Montagne Noire are ideal for walking, as is the path running along the Rigole, at the source of the Canal du Midi.
Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne are all within easy reach for day trips.
The gîte is set in an independent house, close to the owner’s home, in a peaceful setting.
On the ground floor, the living areas are well arranged: a fully equipped separate kitchen (filter coffee maker and Senseo machine), a living room with dining area and lounge centred around the fireplace, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes: - One bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a baby cot - One bedroom with two single beds A layout suitable for both children and adults.
Outside, the enclosed private garden is ideal for enjoying sunny days.
At the rear, a covered terrace provides a sheltered space for meals, while the lawn, with trees and flowers, creates a pleasant setting.
A picnic table, barbecue, table tennis and sandpit are available.
The gîte is equipped with air conditioning upstairs.
An electric vehicle charging point is available, with usage billed according to consumption.
A practical and comfortable house, well suited for both relaxing stays and exploring the surrounding area.

A moins d'une heure de route de Carcassonne et de Toulouse, le gîte est bien situé, dans un hameau, au calme. C'est ce que nous recherchions. Proche d'un lieu de baignade (lac, réserve d'eau du canal de midi, musée du canal). Nombreuses visites en famille, très riches. Une semaine, trop courte... nous avons envie de revenir.

un séjour parfait, au calme dans un gîte très bien équipé et extrêmement propre.Les propriétaires qui habitent la maison (non mitoyenne) à côté ne sont pas envahissants et sont très sympathiques.Idéal pour découvrir la montagne noire, le tarn et le lauragais !

Gite très confortable et agréable. Très bien placé pour faire les différentes visites comme Albi, Toulouse et les magnifiques villages perchés. Gîte très propre bravo aux propriétaires pour les mesures Covid qui doivent leur compliquer la tâche. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, ils ont participé à la réussite de nos vacances.
