It has a large entrance hall, with a high arch that leads to the spacious and bright living room with two balconies to the main street, with a double sofa bed and a large desk to work.

In order to create a unique and cosy atmosphere, the old elements of the original architecture of the manor house have been respected. It has a bedroom with a double bed 1.50m, a dressing room, a bathroom with designer shower, a separate kitchen, 3 balconies to the street and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for use whenever you need it.
In addition, you have clean bedding, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, television, washing machine, free wifi, central heating and air conditioning, to make your arrival home a pleasant and relaxing time. If you want a perfect stay in this magnificent city, this comfortable apartment is ideal for you.The apartment has a basement parking space not suitable for very large cars as its a tight space.
There is a public paying parking right in front of the building. Check-in: From 16:00Check-out: 11:00No smokingParties/events are not allowedNo noise from 22h to 10h Additional cleaning service or other extra services are available upon request. OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years of age must be registered.To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house.
This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us beforehand of the breed and age of your pet.
We will accept your pet, depending on the breed, size and age of your pet and will apply a small supplement per day.Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. NO smoking in the apartment and common areas SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed. Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen.
Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
