Die Ferienwohnung in der 3. Etage des aus dem Mittelalter stammenden Palazzo Pagano wurde von den Eigentümern, einer einheimischen Familie, mit viel Engagement und Liebe komplett renoviert. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen:
In der für 4 Personen ausgelegten Casa Leopoldo leben Sie auf großzügigen 110 qm, eine Dachterrasse bietet Meerblick satt, die stilvolle Einrichtung und zwei Bäder sorgen für viel Gemütlichkeit. Mit Ausnahme des Doppelschlafzimmers, zu dem drei Stufen führen, liegen die Räume des Appartements auf einer Ebene.

GESCHMACKVOLL RENOVIERTE FERIENWOHNUNG IN PISCIOTTA
Die Casa Leopoldo betreten Sie über das 45 qm große Aufenthaltszimmer mit gemütlicher Couchgruppe. Von hier und von der Essküche mit moderner Einbauküche und Massivholzmöbeln haben Sie Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den kleinen Hafen von Marina di Pisciotta. Hier oben lässt es sich herrlich frühstücken und abends passiert der Tag bei einem Glas Rotwein und den kräftigen Farben des Sonnenuntergangs Revue.

Das ca. 25 qm große Doppelschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Vom Fenster blicken Sie auf das Meer, auf welches das Kap von Palinuro imposant hinausragt. Nebenan befindet sich das 2-Bett-Zimmer mit französischem Balkon, von dem Sie ebenfalls auf das Capo Palinuro blicken. Das zweite Bad, in dem sich auch die Waschmaschine befindet, erreichen Sie über den Wohnbereich des Appartements. Da die Ferienwohnung mit einer elektrischen Warmluftheizung, die im Sommer auch als Klimaanlage genutzt werden kann, ausgestattet ist, ist sie auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter zu empfehlen.

Parken: Öffentliche Parkplätze finden sich rund um Pisciottas "centro storico". Am nächsten zur Casa Leopoldo liegt der Parkplatz unterhalb des Palazzo Pagano (ca. 100 m entfernt).

PISCIOTTA – SÜDITALIEN PUR
Badeurlaub: Zum Strand nach Marina di Pisciotta, der je nach Strömung mehr sandige oder mehr kieselige Abschnitte hat, führt ein ca. 1 km langer Fußweg bzw. eine 3 km lange Straße.

Atmosphäre: In den kleinen Gassen Pisciottas mit seinen Piazze, Stufenwegen, Innenhöfen, Palazzi und Häuserzeilen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert erlebt man wie in keinem anderen Ort des Cilento heute noch das einzigartige Flair eines unverfälschten, süditalienischen Dorflebens.

Kurze Wege: Von der Ferienwohnung ist die Hauptpiazza Pisciottas zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Rundherum sind kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Läden mit den prodotti tipici des Cilento angesiedelt. Die Café-Bars am Platze laden ein, typische Spezialitäten zu probieren oder versonnen den Augenblick zu genießen. Auch ein Bankautomat und die Post sind nicht weit.

Mangiare: Nur etwa 150 m von der Casa Leopoldo entfernt finden Sie Ristorante-Pizzeria "Tre Gufi". Unterhalb des prächtigen Adelspalastes Marchesale sitzen Sie auf einer wundervollen Aussichtsterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Tre Gufi ist bei Gästen und Einheimischen auch ein beliebter Ort, um einen Aperitivo vor dem Abendessen einzunehmen.

Holiday apartment Casa Leopoldo is located on the 3rd floor of medieval Palazzo Pagano. What the local owning family has achieved when, with commitment and love, completely renovating the apartment is impressive.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 persons on a generous 110 m² of living space, its roof terrace offers a terrific view of the sea, its tasteful furnishing makes for a cozy atmosphere, its two bathrooms (shower/bidet/WC each) are very convenient. Except for the double bedroom, which you have to climb three steps to, the rooms of the apartment are on one level.

TASTEFULLY RENOVATED HOLIDAY APARTMENT AT PISCIOTTA
You enter Casa Leopoldo into the 45 m² living room with a cozy couch suite to relax on and (SAT-)TV. The living room as well as the eat-in kitchen offer access of the apartment’s roof terrace, from where you have got a wonderful view of the sea and of Marina di Pisciotta’s small harbor.
The roof terrace is a lovely spot at any time of the day: in the morning, to start into the day with a leisurely breakfast; in the evening, to review the events of the day, enjoy a glass of red wine and delight in the vivid colors of the setting sun.

The ca. 25 m² bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom; its window opens upon a view of the sea, which impressive Cape Palinuro juts out into. Next to the double lies a twin bedroom with French balcony, from where you have also got a view of Capo Palinuro. The second bathroom is accessible from the living room.
Casa Leopoldo features WIFI, air conditioning with heating device (extra charge for use), which makes it suitable for a stay also in winter, washing machine and children's bed.

Parking: Public parking is found round Pisciotta's "centro storico". The parking lot below Palazzo Pagano (ca. 100 m) is the one closest to Casa Leopoldo.

PISCIOTTA – PURE SOUTHERN ITALY
Beach holidays: To reach the beach of Marina di Pisciotta, which depending on the current has either more sandy or more pebbly sections, you can choose either a footpath (1 km) or the road (3 km).

Atmosphere: Piazze, stepped alleys, inner courtyards, palazzi and houses dating from the 16th century - at Pisciotta and in its alleys you still experience, more than anywhere else in the Cilento, the unique atmosphere of real southern Italian village life.

Short distances: Casa Leopoldo is within short walking distance of Pisciotta’s main piazza, at and around which you find small grocery stores and shops selling the prodotti tipici of the Cilento, where café-bars invite you inside to try typical specialties or simply savor the moment. A cash dispenser and the post office are not far off either.

Mangiare: Only about 150 m from Casa Leopoldo, and below magnificent Palazzo Marchesale, lies Ristorante-Pizzeria "Tre Gufi", which has got a wonderful sea view terrace. Tre Gufi is also a place both vacationers and locals like to stop by for an aperitivo before dinner.
