We are thankful our host was willing to provide a cancellation and refund after we arrived to find the broken shower door.

Wifi was unusable and difficult to park nearby, host didn’t reply for hours after the check in time with the code for the lockbox.

Arrived For Check in a 3.30pm House still being cleaned.. couldn't get in until 4.30pm
Broken Toilet Seat, limited cleaning and kitchen supplies.(Had to wash everything before we could use. Broken Lights, mold on front room bedroom wall. Limited Hot water..
