The house is fully equipped and has
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Parking (for a small car), Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave.
Linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the essential places that make the reputation of the city such as
- the Gardens of the Museum at 8 minutes by car;
- Les Abattoirs art museum 15 minutes away;
- the Cité de l'espace at 20 minutes;
- Toulouse Museum at 23 minutes and many others.
For your daily needs, you will find a supermarket "Lidl" at three minutes walking distance.
You need to arrive in the accommodation before 4pm or leave it after 11am?
We offer this early check-in or late check-out service with an extra charge of 15 € up to 2 hours before or after the scheduled time and then 5 € more for each additional hour.

It is one of the favorite places of the Toulousans, who like to meet in the greenery and the animation of the Port de la Daurade, or of the place Saint-Pierre. A beautiful stroll to do absolutely! The Garonne is linked to the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by the Canal de Brienne. Boat trips, walks and bike rides on the towpaths: treat yourself to some fresh moments.

Positive:
Le logement est magnifique et la disposition des chambres avec leurs propres salles de bain est idéale pour une famille ou deux couples. C'est à quelques pas d'une entrée de métro et je recommande fortement ce logement.
Negative:
La caution qui doit être prise par un site externe que Booking.
