Comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
There are three steps at the entrance.
In 80 m2 of space it accommodates four people with two bedrooms.
Two parking spaces included.
Residential and quiet area, about 3 minutes walk from the sea.
A 10-minute walk away is the Pascoli Metromare stop, a bus that takes you to Riccione in 15 minutes and to the center of Rimini in 2 minutes.
The station is about 4 km away.
The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA: Relaxation area with sofas, dining table and 50" smart TV.
Split AC.
Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster, traditional oven and microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: Double bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe.
AC split.
BATHROOM 1 (inside Bedroom 1): Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
BEDROOM 2: Two single beds, wardrobe and 24" TV.
