It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
There is a 120 m² garden with garden furniture and a barbecue for when the weather is fine.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.
It's the ideal place to spend a great holiday with family or friends! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor : - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
First floor: - Bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Second floor: - A sleeping area with two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside : - A beautiful 120 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.

We hebben genoten in dit prachtige huisje met de mooie tuin. Het huisje zit in het centrum van het dorpje, naast een kleine supermarkt en een restaurantje. Het is ongeveer 2 km lopen naar zee. De auto kun je parkeren op de parkeerplaats iets verderop.
