Stazzi di Gallura Mare di Ginepri is a small village in the green heart of Badesi, a locality in the north of Sardinia overlooking the Gulf of Asinara and surrounded by the hills of Gallura.
Immersed in the Parco Naturalistico SIC Foci del Coghinas Nature Park 300 metres from the sea, this oasis of tranquillity offers optimal privacy and a private road for access to the beach.
The small village, which can be accessed via a stretch of dirt road of about 450 metres, is about 1.5 km from 'Stazzi di Gallura la Pietraia'.
Immersed in the Mediterranean maquis and built in stone following the characteristic style of the ancient "stazzo Gallurese", Mare di Ginepri consists of buildings on a single level that blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape; with spacious areas offering a natural setting of rare beauty, the facility is equipped with: - reception (opening hours 5 p.m.-8 p.m.) - free private parking - children's play area - swimming pool with solarium area equipped with sun loungers (10 x 5 m) - private access to the beach The apartments are located in different buildings, in the style of old rural hamlets, and are close to a swimming pool and sunbathing area surrounded by lush vegetation.
This relaxing setting in close contact with nature, without services such as wi-fi, television or air conditioning, offers an experience of relaxation and detachment from daily life.
The typical two-room apartments are about 40 square metres and are furnished simply and functionally.
They consist of a double bedroom, a cosy living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette; equipped with a large exclusive outdoor area, they have: - kitchenette with four burners - small refrigerator without freezer - microwave oven with grill - fan - bathroom with shower - veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs - free parking space Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra € 50 per week is required for cleaning.
The natural wonders of this land, the beautiful beaches, the turquoise waters and the dunes surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, make it the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday.
The area is famous for water sports such as canoeing, surfing and windsurfing, and offers the possibility of organising various activities such as sailing courses or motorboat excursions in the archipelago of La Maddalena.
Nature lovers can visit the Asinara Island Natural Park, take boat or canoe trips along the Coghinas River and explore the nature reserve at its mouth.
The lively town centre with shops, bars, restaurants and the main services is about 3 Km away.
Badesi can also be the starting point for many excursions to discover small towns such as Castelsardo or attractions such as Alghero, Stintino and Santa Teresa Gallura.
