The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your stay or holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. On the first floor there are three bedrooms In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. In the second floor there are two bedrooms The fourth bedroom has a king size bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the Garden The fifth bedroom has a double bed with plenty of space There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom, is on the first floor, has a bathtub, sink and shower.

There is separate toilet The next bathroom, is on the second floor, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking or vaping is not allowed. - There is free parking on the drive where you can park up to 4 - 5 cars or 3 vans.

There is also plenty of free parking on the street. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Parties and events are not allowed. The house is on a quiet street which is next to a local park and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Roundhay Park which has a lake and vast amounts of plants and lawns.
