The accommodation is located just 8 minutes walk from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity there are all the historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olverian Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Music Conservatory and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre. The Palazzo Ducale and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as are the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in 16 minutes on foot.
