It has been completely restored to conserve the original structure and architecture, and create comfortable modern interiors.

It is perfect for a couple looking for privacy, and close to town at the same time.
It is located in the charming, peaceful medieval hamlet of Serre di Rapolano.
The town was built around a Byzantine fortress after 500 AD.
Today it is an excellent base for visiting the marvels of Tuscany.
The small nearby town of Rapolano Terme (just 3 km away) hosts important thermal springs that have been well-known since Roman times.
Don’t miss important nearby cities like Siena, Cortona, Arezzo; the Crete Senesi area; and the Val d’Orcia (Orcia Valley).
At guests' disposal: comfortable modern environment; air conditioning; Wifi internet; table with seats and bench (all in stone) in front of the house entrance, facing the charming small town streets; fireplace; view of the town and countryside; public parking 250 meters from the house.

Well, i liked the place. It's a mixture of old staff and modern devices. Very quiet at day and night. Narrow and beautiful streets of old town just few steps away. Town Serre de Rapolano is surrounded by many places worth to visit so location was perfect for me. Owner was friendly and helpful.
