Bedrooms: 3 super-king (1 with en-suite), and 1 king zip-link (twin on request), plus 2 shower rooms. Non-enclosed garden with patio, decking, stream views, wood-fired hot tub, furniture, Kadai BBQ, fire pit, waterfalls, and parking for 3 cars. Pub and river within 0.3 miles, shop 3.4 miles. No smoking/pets. WiFi, fuel, power, linen, and towels included. Max occupancy: 6 people at all times, including visitors—penalties apply if exceeded. No children under 12, including infants. Ring doorbell for security. No wheelchair access; easier rear access for limited mobility. Preferred arrival: Friday. Monday arrivals by owner approval. By prior arrangement, 2 extra guests may stay (max 8) at GBP250pp. If the weather is extremely cold and the outdoor pipes are frozen, the hot tub will not be usable.
