Our superb apartment is located next to the famous Black Rocks.
You will be immediately captivated by its 40m² terrace, its premium beachfront location, and its panoramic sea view. It's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region. The apartment is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. After 2 small steps giving you access to the apartment, on the ground floor you will find: - a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sea. - a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals with family or friends. - 1 master suite Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms with new bedding (2 are equipped with double beds, one with an attached bathroom and 1 bedroom equipped with single beds in 90x200cm) - 2 bathrooms with Italian showers The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Black Rocks.
The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :) Available for you: bed and bath linens, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental. Enticed by this accommodation? LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.
