Located on the 2nd and last floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside
- A 7 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and plancha to enjoy the sunny days
- An adult swimming pool (12x6m) and a children's pool (8x4m) (shared, unheated), accessible by a beeper and secured by a gate. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence

The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by

- Visit Bandol and the old port
- Grand Val beach 600 m away on foot
- Visits to Provence villages: La Cadière-d'Azur Sanary, Le Castellet...
- Water sports: sailing, motor boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing...
- Hiking along the coastal paths

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private and numbered parking space.

- Bus routes in front of the residence serving the centre of Bandol and the station
- Frequent TER trains to Toulon and Marseille
- Nearest train station: Bandol, 1.5 km away (about 15 minutes on foot)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 40 km (about 40 minutes by car); Marseille-Provence 80 km (about 1 hour by car)
