At holiday apartment Casa Pietralata awaits you what frequently comes to mind when speaking of "Dolce far niente holidays in Italy": a lovely quarry stone house in the midst of green, a large terrace with grill and sea view, a serpentine road rich in panorama leading to the beach and bright rooms with typical dark, solid wooden furniture.

If, every now and then, you decide to leave this cozy ambience, you will find at and around Pisciotta a Southern Italy which has preserved much of its authenticity and where guests very often become friends.

Die Casa Pietralata befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweiparteienhauses und ist über eine separate Außentreppe erreichbar. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses liegt die Wohnung der in Salerno lebenden Eigentümerfamilie, die sie während ihrer Aufenthalte in Pisciotta nutzt.

Das Gelände des Anwesens ist vollständig umzäunt. Während des Aufenthaltes sind Gäste aufgrund der Lage zwingend auf einen PKW angewiesen. Dieser kann auf dem Grundstück am Treppenzugang der Wohnung abgestellt werden.

EINZIGARTIGE MEERBLICKTERRASSE
Ohne jeden Zweifel ist die ca. 100 qm große Meerblickterrasse das Herzstück der Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet einen fantastischen und unverstellten Blick auf das ca. 13 km entfernt liegende Kap von Palinuro. Die Terrasse ist möbliert (Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenliegen, Grill) und der Treppenzugang durch ein Türgitter absperrbar. Ein Teil der Terrasse ist durch einen Stoff-Pavillon überdacht, der als Sonnenschutz dient.

Man betritt die Casa Pietralata über den Wohnbereich, der durch einen Steinbogen optisch von der Küche getrennt ist. Vom Wohnbereich mit zwei Sofas und einem Kamin betritt man direkt die große Meerblickterrasse. Die Küche mit gemauerter Küchenzeile besitzt indes Zugang zu einem eigenen kleinen Außenbereich mit Blick in die immergrüne Hügellandschaft.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung. Eines ist mit einem Doppelbett und Zugang zu einer Terrasse ausgestattet. Zu diesem Schlafzimmer gehört zudem eines der beiden Badezimmer der Wohnung – mit Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über drei Einzelbetten. Das zweite Bad befindet sich direkt neben dem Dreibettzimmer und ist mit einer Duschkabine ausgestattet.

SERPENTINENSTRASSE ANS MEER
Pietralata ist für sein unvergleichliches Panorama bekannt. Zwischen diesem Panorama und dem Meer/Strand von Marina di Pisciotta liegt eine gut befahrbare Serpentinenstraße von ca. 6 km Länge. Einen Teil dieser Straße muss man auch zurücklegen, wenn man etwa zum Einkaufen nach Pisciotta oder Caprioli fahren oder Ausflüge in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung unternehmen möchte.

Neben dem Strand von Marina di Pisciotta sind die Strände von Caprioli und Ascea in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar und zu empfehlen, wenn man den ganzen Tag am Meer verbringen möchte.

Darüber hinaus ist Pietralata auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen sowie E-Bike-Touren rund um Pisciotta.

Casa Pietralata is located on the upper floor of a two-unit house and accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. The owners, who live at Salerno, stay at their apartment on the ground floor when they spend time at Pisciotta.

Given the location of Casa Pietralata, you must have a car at your disposal during your stay there. Parking is available on the completely fenced premises, more precisely near the staircase up to the apartment’s terrace, from where you enter the apartment.

UNIQUE SEA VIEW TERRACE
The ca. 100 m² sea view terrace is without doubt the centerpiece of Casa Pietralata. It opens upon a fantastic and uninhibited view of the Cape of Palinuro 13 km off. The terrace is furnished (table, chairs, loungers, grill), partly shaded by a fabric panel roofing and can be secured by a lockable gate at the top of the outdoor staircase.

You enter Casa Pietralata into the living area with two sofas and fireplace and from where an arched opening lets you into the eat-in kitchen with masonry kitchen unit (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher). While the living area opens onto the large sea view terrace, the kitchen opens onto a small outdoor area with a view of the evergreen hilly landscape.

The two bedrooms are located in the rear part of the apartment. One is furnished with a double bed, has an en suite bathroom (with bathtub) and opens onto a terrace. The apartment’s second bathroom (with shower) is located next to the second bedroom, which is a three-bed room.

Furnishing of Casa Pietralata also includes WiFi, air conditioning (extra charge for use), Smart-TV and washing machine.

SERPENTINE ROAD TO THE SEA
Pietralata is known for its incomparable panorama. Between this panoramic location and the sea/beach of Marina di Pisciotta lie about 6 km of quite well-maintained serpentine road. Part of this road also has to be covered when, for example, you want to go shopping to Pisciotta or Caprioli or undertake excursions into the nearer or wider surroundings.

Apart from the beach at Marina di Pisciotta, the beaches of Caprioli and Ascea too are rather quickly reached and recommended if you want to spend a whole day by the sea.

Pietralata is a good starting point for long walks and hiking tours as well as e-bike tours in the area around Pisciotta.
