The space

The accommodation of about 50 square meters is located on the first floor of a modern building with a lift and is composed as follows

- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils;

- LIVING AREA with sofa and dining area;

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe (PLEASE NOTE the bedroom does not have a real door but a curtain);

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle;

- TERRACE furnished with a swing


Further services available to guests: air conditioning (1 inverter), unlimited WiFi, TV, independent underfloor heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.


Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
